Sobald das Wa\u017f\u017fer kocht, f\u00fcgt man das Flei\u017fch, wel\u00adches vor\u00adher auch gewa\u017fchen wur\u00adde, und Sup\u00adpen\u00adgr\u00fc\u00adnes hin\u00adzu.<\/p>\n<p>Man rech\u00adnet gew\u00f6hn\u00adlich f\u00fcr die Per\u017fon ein hal\u00adbes Pfund Flei\u017fch, f\u00fcr drei Per\u017fo\u00adnen al\u017fo etwa 1,5 Pfund und dazu auch 1,5 Liter Wa\u017f\u017fer, 1 geputz\u00adte Karot\u00adte, eine hal\u00adbe Peter\u017fi\u00adli\u00aden\u00adwur\u00adzel, ein vier\u00adtel Por\u00adree, ein vier\u00adtel Sel\u00adle\u00adrie\u00adkopf, zu\u017fam\u00admen unge\u00adf\u00e4hr 80 Gramm und 15 Gramm Salz. Der Koch\u00adtopf mu\u00df fe\u017ft ver\u00ad\u017fch\u00adlo\u017f\u017fen gehal\u00adten und der Schaum, der \u017fich auf der Br\u00fc\u00adhe bil\u00addet, nicht zu \u017fchnell abge\u00ad\u017fch\u00f6pft wer\u00adden. Nach Ver\u00adlauf von 3 Stun\u00adden lan\u00adg\u017fa\u00admen Kochens i\u017ft das Flei\u017fch \u017faf\u00adtig und gar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-3023 center\" src=\"http:\/\/urholstein.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/kochen.png\" alt=\"kochen\" width=\"400\" height=\"596\"><\/p>\n<p>Will man das Rind\u00adflei\u017fch nicht als Tafel\u017ft\u00fcck benut\u00adzen, \u017fo kann man es in klei\u00adne St\u00fccke ge\u017fchnit\u00adten mit kal\u00adtem Wa\u017f\u017fer auf\u00ad\u017fet\u00adzen. Man erh\u00e4lt dann \u017fchnel\u00adler eine gute Br\u00fc\u00adhe, das Flei\u017fch wird aber v\u00f6l\u00adlig trocken und wert\u00adlos.
