60 Gramm Kolo\u00adni\u00adal\u00adzucker
\n20 Gramm MyEy Eigelb\u00adpul\u00adver
\n0,5 Liter Pflan\u00adzen\u00admilch
\neine Stan\u00adge Vanil\u00adle
\n(Salz)<\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

In einer Ka\u017f\u017fe\u00adrol\u00adle kocht man 0,5 Liter gute Milch, tut 60 Gramm Zucker dar\u00adan und eine Stan\u00adge fein\u00adge\u017fchnit\u00adte\u00adne und in ein rei\u00adnes L\u00e4pp\u00adchen gebun\u00adde\u00adne Vanil\u00adle, dann quirlt man 6 Eidot\u00adtern dazu, nimmt das L\u00e4pp\u00adchen mit der Vanil\u00adle her\u00adaus und r\u00fchrt die Ma\u017f\u017fe \u017fo lan\u00adge, bis \u017fie kalt wird. Sobald dies ge\u017fche\u00adhen i\u017ft, tut man \u017fie in eine Eis\u00adb\u00fc\u00adch\u017fe und l\u00e4\u00dft \u017fie gefrie\u00adren.<\/p>\n

Hier\u00adzu mu\u00df man die Eis\u00adb\u00fc\u00adch\u017fe in einem Eimer voll Eis \u017fet\u00adzen und \u017fie eini\u00adge Stun\u00adden be\u017ft\u00e4n\u00addig dre\u00adhen. Von Zeit zu Zeit \u00f6ff\u00adnet man die B\u00fcch\u017fe und \u017ft\u00f6\u00dft mit einem L\u00f6f\u00adfel den gefro\u00adre\u00adnen Rand der inwen\u00addi\u00adgen Ma\u017f\u017fe her\u00adun\u00adter, damit das Gan\u00adze gleich\u00adm\u00e4\u00ad\u00dfi\u00adger friert, l\u00e4\u00dft, wenn ein Brei dar\u00adaus gewor\u00adden i\u017ft, den Deckel fe\u017ft ver\u00ad\u017fch\u00adlo\u017f\u017fen und bedeckt ihn mit Eis\u017ft\u00fccken, bis es vol\u00adl\u017ft\u00e4n\u00addig gefro\u00adren i\u017ft. Man mu\u00df unter die Eis\u017ft\u00fccke im Eimer eini\u00adge H\u00e4n\u00adde voll Salz mi\u017fchen, um das Gefrie\u00adren zu bef\u00f6r\u00addern.<\/p>\n
